Anyone sued shoemint yet?

I just got off the phone with Jose. Although he was a a nice gentleman he confirmed my worst fears. If I complain to BBB he said nothing would come from it except a repetition of our conversation on the phone today. this is obviously not acceptable. I know companies like this have legal representation but I have been speaking with my attorney and he explained that if more than one party can sue our chances are greater. Has anyone tried suing them yet? better yet has anyone received a refund from the company for the credits? All i want is to not have to spend any more money on their poor quality shoes.

I just wanted to take the time to explain how ShoeMint works. After the first credit card purchase that enrolls you in our preferred membership where you can either "skip the month" or a $79.98 store credit is placed into your account. Shoe Mint is absolutely horrible. I am would never ever go back there again, as their practices are deceitful.

I, like many others have order shoes from them once, then found out that they charged me an extra 79.99 fee.

As a practicing trial attorney, I am looking into my opinions of filling a case with the state of California.

I may also be naming the customer service reps on the formal complaint who gave out false and misleading information. It is time for someone to shut them down, especially as their "contracts" are so full of holes, it looks like a first year law school student wrote it.

Isn't there something about deceptive advertising? I'm sure with so many people complaining online there's something wrong with the way they word things or place info on their website.

I just went through what everyone pretty much went through and got off the phone with them. I'm so angry and it's like we can't do anything about it.

If I do not receive a refund I fully intend to press charges via a class action lawsuit. Should we exchange contact info to further discuss?

Hi, have you done anything about this? I just got off the phone with a shoemint rep and recovered 2 months of charges.

However, I am furious about this company's deceptive practices. I would glady help with going forth with a class action lawsuit. I bet there are TONS of people who did not notice the charges or were not forceful enough to recover the charges.

I know shoemint is counting on this and its probably a part of their profit model. DESPICABLE!
